- Implementation of the company’s strategy with sales teams
- Definition, monitoring and achievement of the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the sales teams
- Acceleration of the Business Development to sell “more” to ACIERNET customers / prospects and ECONOCOM entities
- Rationalization of the products / services catalog in order to focus sales, marketing, technical and financial efforts on the offers that generate added value
- Implementation of tools (CRM) to monitor & control commercial activity
- Coordination with the Business lines of the presale’s activity
- Coordination with the Administrative and Financial Department of the Sales Administration activity
- Coordination with the Marketing Department of campaign activities, lead generation & events
